600ml of neutral vegetable milk and climate-controlled milk
50ml olive oil
50g Vegan Life all-purpose flour
A pinch of nutmeg
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
In a saucepan, heat 50ml of olive oil over medium-low heat, without letting it smoke, carefully add 50g Vegan Life all-purpose flour.
Stir with a whisk or wooden spoon to toast it and form a thick paste called a "roux".
Now start adding 600 ml of vegetable drink little by little, stirring constantly, now using a whisk, add the nutmeg, pepper and salt to taste.
Keep cooking over low heat so that it does not burn and boil. Continue to add liquid and stir constantly, until thickened.
