1½ cups Vegan Life all-purpose flour 2 ½ tablespoons neutral oil ½ cup of warm water Salt to your taste Sweetener to taste
Mix all the ingredients together until a firm and elastic dough is formed.
Form the arepitas and grill them in a lightly greased frying pan over medium heat until golden brown. Turn and brown again.
Ready to eat.
You can add ingredients such as chia, flaxseed or nuts to the dough.
